Consultation
SPED Coach Pro is here to support you. Whether you have questions, need troubleshooting assistance, or want to explore specific areas of special education or Section 504, we're ready to help. Schedule a 40-minute video conference with us to address whatever needs you have. Following the consultation, you'll receive a written summary of the consultation along with external resources for further support.

IEP or 504 plan Review & Consultation
SPED Coach Pro offers expert review of your child's IEP or 504 plan to ensure it meets all necessary components and benefits your child. Following our review, we will schedule a video conference with you to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. You'll receive a written summary of our findings along with references to external resources for further support.

​SPED Coach Pro will spend no less than 1 hour reviewing your child's IEP or 504 plan. If it takes longer, no worries. . .you will not be charged extra. As noted above, the video conference will be about 40 minutes. Development of your customized summary typically takes about 20 minutes. Total time for this service is approximately 2 hours.

FIE (Evaluation) Review & Consultation
SPED Coach Pro offers expert review of your child's FIE (evaluation) to ensure it meets all necessary components and contains all information needed for eligibility and programming determinations. Following our review, we will schedule a video conference with you to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. You'll receive a written summary of our findings along with references to external resources for further support.

IEP/Fie Review & Consultation
What if I want SPED Coach Pro to conduct an expert review of my child's IEP and FIE? We can do that!
SPED Coach Pro will spend no less than 2 hours reviewing your child's IEP and FIE. If it takes longer, no worries. . .you will not be charged extra. A 60-minute video conference will be scheduled with you to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have. Like our other services, you'll receive a written summary of findings along with references to external resources for support. Total time for this service is approximately 3 1/2 hours.

the legal stuff

All services provided by SPED Coach Pro are billed in advance. For example, SPED Coach Pro will send an invoice after a video conference is scheduled but before the video conference occurs. We kindly ask that you submit payment prior to the video conference.

Life happens, we understand. Our cancellation policy is:

If you cancel a video conference 24 hours or more prior to the conference, and you do not wish to reschedule it, SPED Coach Pro will refund your payment less a $20 processing fee; however, if SPED Coach Pro has, prior to the conference and at your request, reviewed an IEP or FIE, or performed other services at your request, your payment will be refunded less $150.​

If you cancel a video conference less than 24 hours prior to the conference, and you do not wish to reschedule it, SPED Coach Pro will refund your payment less a $50 processing fee; however, if SPED Coach Pro has, prior to the conference and at your request, reviewed an IEP or FIE, or performed other services at your request, your payment will be refunded less $150.
